Return & Exchange Policy
At Lahari Jewellery, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each jewel is made with care, precision, and passion — just for you.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You have contacted us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The jewellery is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and certificate intact.
💡 Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, nose pins, and custom-made jewellery (including personalized or engraved items) are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged in transit.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at care@laharijewellery.com or call +91 94402 07474 within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the item (if damaged).
Once approved, we’ll arrange a secure reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund as per your preference.
3. Refund Details
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be issued to your bank account (you’ll need to share account details via email).
4. Exchange Option
If you wish to exchange your product for another design, we’ll help you choose a replacement of equal or higher value (difference in amount to be paid by the customer).
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom-made or personalized designs.
Jewellery showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.
Items returned without original packaging or certificates.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos and order details.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
