At Lahari Jewellery, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our returns and refund policy below.

15 DAYS EASY RETURNS:

You have 15 days to make sure your purchase meets your expectations with our “No Questions asked Money Back Policy”. We are happy to refund 100% of the product cost to you without charging any shipping cost on you if you decided to return the product.
*This refund policy is applicable only if the products are shipped back to us within 15 days.
* This facility can be available by returning the product through www.laharijewellery.com within 15 days from the date of delivery.
* Return the items in their original packaging with its original bill and product certificate(if any). Loss of the original product certificate/Invoice would result in a deduction of Rs. 500 upto 1000.
* Products such as gold coin, gold bar, silver coin, silver bar, gift vouchers, gift cards, digital gift cards, customised ornaments, gold nose pins and loose gemstones are non-returnable.
* We will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value from your purchase, if you received a discount or free gift during your purchase. You can also choose to return the free gift to us while return.

Return Procedure:

The following steps need to be followed while returning a product to us for Refund, Exchange or Buyback,
* You can place the return/exchange request by going to Order History in My Account section of laharijewellery website and selecting the products you wish to return.
* Pack the Jewellery with its original packing and keep it in the tamper proof packet provided by laharijewellery along with it original bill and certificate(if any). Note that once the tamper proof packet is sealed, it cannot be opened.
* It may take 1-5 business days for our courier partner to pick it up.
* It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number for future reference.
* If you need any assistance in placing the return request, contact us we will provide the details such as order number and the item you wish to return.
* Once the returned product is received by laharijewellery and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
* If the product is purchased using Gift Card/Digital Gift Card, the value will be refunded to the same Gift Card/Digital Gift Card or a new Gift Card/Digital Gift Card will be provided for the equal value.

Cancellation Policy:

Before initiating the cancellation request, we are happy to answer any product related questions you may have.
You can place the cancellation request by going to Order History in My Account section of laharijewellery website and selecting the orders you wish to cancel.
Also, you can cancel the order by sending your consent from your registered email-id to care@laharijewellery.com
Cancellation is not possible post-dispatch of the product.
Once the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email ID and the amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
If you have any queries, we shall be glad to answer the same before initiating the cancellation request.
laharijewellery at its sole discretion, reserves the rights to cancel an order at any particular point of time. This may be propelled by various factors like (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
This cancellation policy is not applicable for Customized ornaments/Gold Coin/Gold Bar/Silver Coin/Silver Bar, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and digital gift vouchers.

Exchange Policy:

Easy exchange:
1. This easy exchange policy is applicable only if the products are shipped back to us within 15 days.
2.This facility can be available by returning the product through www.laharijewellery.com or by returning the product with in 15 days from the date of delivery
3. Please return your items in their original packaging with its original bill and product certificate(if any). Loss of the original product certificate/Invoice would result in a deduction of Rs. 500 up to 1000.
4. If the product is exchanged within 15 days of purchase, the customers will get 100 % of the invoice value.
5. This policy is not applicable for the products such as gold coin, gold bar, silver coin, silver bar, gift vouchers, gift cards, digital gift vouchers, customized ornaments, gold nose pins and loose gemstones.
6. We will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value from your purchase, if you received a discount or free gift during your actual purchase. You can also choose to return the free gift to us while exchange.
7.Follow the instructions provided here(link) to return the product to us.
8. Once the returned product is received by laharijewellery and after successful completion of the quality check, your exchange will be processed within 3-7 working days and you will get a notification on this regard.

5. For returned products, the exchange value will be determined by their weight, and making charges/GST will not be refunded.
